Carol J. Phillippi; 68; of Donora; formerly of Monessen; died Tuesday; April 30; 2002; in Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh. Born in Charleroi; she was the daughter of the late Myrtle and Ernest Hartbarger. Survivors include one son; David Phillippi and wife Tracey of Mt. Lebanon; one daughter; April Spadaccino of Yardley; one stepdaughter; Mrs. Rick (Deborah) Kozar of Monessen; one stepson; Gregory and wife Cynthia Phillippi of Monessen; and six grandchildren; Joshua; Gregory; Amanda; Jordan; Daniel and Ali; and two sisters; Bonnie Crow and Audrey Crane of California. She was preceded in death by her husband; Cloyd Phillippi. Friends will be received Saturday; May 4; from 9:30 to 11 a.m.; the time of services in the funeral home chapel. The Rev.
