Majorie J. Miller; 82; of Fayette City; died Tuesday; June 25; 2002; in her home. She was born Feb. 2; 1920; in West Brownsville; a daughter of the late John H. and Aurelia A. Wagner Armstrong. Mrs. Miller was a member of the Fayette City First Christian Church; and I.O.L.S. of the Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband; Charles L. Miller; in 1987. Survivors include her children; Charles Aland Miller of Niles; Ohio; and Constance Theakston of Fayette City; two brothers; Herbert W. Armstrong of Cleveland; Ohio; and Donald W. Armstrong of West Brownsville; and two sisters; Ruth D. Armstrong of West Brownsville and Lois I. Stetz of Charleroi; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City; on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday; June 28; until 11 a.m.; when funeral services will take place with the Rev. Wayne Boring officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
