Charles Federer Jr.;74;of Belle Vernon R.D.;died Friday;Sept.21;2001;in Frick Hospital. He was born Dec.22;1926;in Stockdale;son of the late Charles Sr.and Margaret Chucuddy Federer. He was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;Allenport Plant. He was preceded in death by his wife;Grace Kelly Federer;a brother Clarence Federer;and a sister;Rose Aldous. Surviving include his brother;Robert Federer Sr.;of Cadiz;Ohio;and sisters;Laurette Blades of Roscoe;Esther Hallam of Charleroi and Irene Panepinto of Port Charlotte;Fla. Friends will be received in the ELEY McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.;334 Main St.;Fayette City;on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 11 a.m.;when funeral services will take place with the Rev.George Rath officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Belle Vernon American Legion will hold services in the funeral home Monday at 7:30 p.m.
