Following an illness of only three days,Mrs.L.Brandes,aged 68,died Saturday evenng,February 19,1916,at her home on Schoonmaker avenue,death being due to a complication of diseases. Her husband died about eight months ago and there remain seven children as follows: Charles,Harry,George,William,Mrs.Elmer Myers,Mrs.Thomas Cooper and Miss Emma. All are residents of this city with the exception of Harry,who resides at Glenshaw. Funeral services will be conducted at the home Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock,by Rev.Davies of the Methodist Church. Interment will be made in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
