Norman R.Jeffreys;68;of Broad Avenue Extension;Belle Vernon;died Tuesday;June 26;2001. A son of the late Richard and Maryona Brown Jeffreys;he was born october 11;1932 in Connellsville. He was a member of the Charleroi First United Methodist Church and had been an avid bowler in league play at the Star Lanes in Monessen. A resident of Belle Vernon since 1964;he had worked for the former Sun Carpet in Charleroi and was a carrier for the Valley Independent for many years. Survivors include his wife of 43 years;Dorothy Klawcho Jeffreys;two children;Gregg R.Jeffreys and Tracy A.Jeffreys;both at home;two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law;Patty and Dan Testy of Pricedale;Nancy and Tom Rocco of Monessen;and a sister and brother-in-law;Sylvia and Harold Knight of Florida.
