Enoch F.Koslasky;81;of Fairhope;Belle Vernon;died Monday;May 28;2001;in Aspnwall VA Center. He was born Feb.2;1920;in Braznell;Pa.;a son of the late Enoch and Mary Varsel Koslasky. He was a veteran of World War II;having been awarded two Silver Stars;two Purple hearts;one with Oak Lead Clusters;and the Good Conduct Medal while serving in the U.S.Army. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;American Legion Post 699;Belle Vernon and the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club. He was predeceased by three brothers;Stanley;Raymond and Albert Koslasky. Surviving are his wife;Susan Sokol Koslasky;children;Robert Koslasky and Lorraine Koslaky;both of Fairhope;Belle Vernon;and a sister;Julia Poloski of Lynnwood;Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME;INC.;334 Main St.;Fayette City;on Wednesday;from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday until 1 p.m.when a Blessing service will take place with the Rev.Fr.John Cindric officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Belle Vernon American Legion will hold services at 7:30 p.m.Wednesday in the funeral home.
