Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Welch, nee Mollard,of Main street, Fayette City,died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital, Monday, December 11,1950,at 12:25 p.m. She was born in Washington County, October 1,1891,and was a member of the Fayette City Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, George Welch,three sosns, George, Jr. of Belle Vernon,William of Dunlevy and James at home,one daughter, Mrs. Charles White of Fayette City R.D.1, five brothers, William Mollard of Morgantown,Emmanuel of Fairhope, Wilbur and Robert of Morgantown and Frank of McKeesport and seven grandchildren. Friends will be received at the McCrory Funeral Home until Thursday, December 14,1950,at noon,at which time the body will be taken to the First Methodist Church of Fayette City for services at 2 p.m. Rev. George L. Bayha will be in charge, and interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. George M. McCrory and son are the funeral directors.
