Mrs. Alice E. Ward,age 77 years,of 572 Thompson avenue, Donora,formerly of Belle Vernon,died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital,Friday,July 30,1943 at 8 p.m. She is survived by her husband, James Ward,four daughters, Mrs. Blanche Bonucci of Belle Vernon,Mrs. Letha Kenneweg of Brownsville, Mrs. Dorothy Reed of Bobtown and Mrs. Virginia Martin of Donora;ten grandchildren and two great-granchildren. Friends will be received at the home of a daughter,Mrs. Blanche Bonucci,335 Speer street, Belle Vernon,until time for services,Tuesday,August 3,1943, at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Harold Davis of Uniontown will be in charge of services and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R. Toner is the funeral director.
