William Edward Cadivar Williams,aged 42 years,died Sunday night,February 6,1938 in Pittsburgh,following a lingering illness. He was born in Wales and came to America when a child. He served with the 75th Canadian Battalion and saw service in France for three years during the World War. Surviving are his mother,Mrs. Sara A. Williams,of Monessen, a sister,Mrs. Anna Zalos,of Monessen,and two brothers,Reginald Williams,of Aliquippa,and Valentine Williams,at home. The body is at the Woodward Funeral home on Schoonmaker avenue where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev.J.R. McFarland,pastor of the Presbyterian Church,will officiate. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
