Miss Minnie Elling,aged 76 years,died Thursday morning,December 7,1939,at the home of her niece,Mrs.B.A.Perkins in 115 Price street,Belle Vernon,after a lingering illness. Miss Elling,born in Cleveland,Ohio on April 5,1863,resided there until three years ago when she came to make her home at the Perkins residence. She was a member of the East Cleveland Congregational Church. Mrs. John Bosson of Charleroi is a great niece of the deceased. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home,700 Broad Avenue,Belle Vernon,until Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock,when services will be held. The Rev.Edwin G.Steen will officiate. Interment will be made in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L.Melenyzer,funeral director in charge.
