Mrs. Athena Stamoulis;who resided with her daughter;Mrs.John Lykos of Broad avenue;Belle Vernon;died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital;Wednesday;May 4;1949;at 3:45 a.m. She was born February 2;1870;and was a member of St.Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church;Monessen. She is survived by one son;George Stamoulis of New York;one daughter;Mrs.Lykos of Belle Vernon;eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home. Services will be held in the St.Spyridon Church;Monessen;Saturday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon cemetery. Chas.L.Melnyzer is the funeral director.
