Mrs. Alcinda Boyce Sickles,82,died Sunday,December 22,1946,at 3:30 p.m.,at the home of a son,Harry Boyce,in Carmichaels, She had been ill for the past year. She was a member of the Methodist Church of Belle Vernon and an auxiliary of the Civil War. Surviving are two sons by a former marriage,Harry Boyce,at whose home death occurred and Fred Boyce,Belle Vernon. Two brothers,Harvey Wilson,Belle Vernon,R.D. and Mark Wilson,of Belle Vernon,also survive,along with three granchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home,where services will be held Tuesday,December 24 at 2 p.m.,with Rev. Roney of the Methodist Church officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L. Melenyzer and Edwin F. Melenyzer,funeral directors.
