She is survived by her husband;Nicholas;one daughter;Dorothy Jean;two sons;Fred and Joseph William;her parents;Mr.and Mrs.Fred Kozak of Belle Vernon;two brothers;William Kozak;A.M.M.2/C;U.S.Navy;and Samuel at home;and two sisters;Mrs.Alvin Bulger of Lynnwood and Mrs.Michael Boris of Fellsburg. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home. Services will be held there Wednesday;September 12;1945;at 2 p.m.in charge of Rev.P.E.Mundy of Altoona and Rev.Herbert G.Mountan of Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director in charge.
