William Shimchick,aged 30 years,died Monday, August 16,1943 at 11:30 a.m. at his home,Henry street, Pricedale. Surviving are his parents,Mr. and Mrs. Wasil Shimchick,and the following sisters and brothers; Mrs. Mary Martin of Wilson,Pa.,Mrs. Anna Kurtak of Snowden,Pa.,Mrs. Catherine Balko of Brownsville,Mrs. Nellie Skurkay of Wheeling,W.Va.Cpl. John Shimchick of North Camp Polk,La.and Michael at home. Friends will be received at the late home where brief funeral services will be conducted on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock,followed by additional rites in St. John the Divine Church,Monessen. Rev. Theodore Geeza will be in charge. Burial will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Stephen D. Yoney,funeral director in charge.
