Roy Reeves;72;formerly of Belle Vernon;died at 9:30 a.m.on Saturday;June 2;1951;at 9:30 a.m. in the Greensburg Hospital. Mr.Reeves;a well-known figure in and around Belle Vernon;was at one time associated with the Belle Vernon Construction Co. Surviving are one son Leroy;of Ohio;two brothers;Ross;of Aliquippa;and Fell;of Belle Vernon and three sisters;Mrs.Hazel Sphar;of Upper Middleton;Mrs.Charlotte Ferron;of Allenport amd Mrs.Elizabeth Crawford;of Monessen. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home;700 Broad avenue;Belle Vernon;where funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. with the Rev.Allan J.Howes;pastor of the Monessen Methodist Church;officiating. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
