Mrs. Margaret Ray,of 139 McKean avenue,Charleroi,died at her home Sunday, February 10,1946,at 8:30 p.m. She was born in West Bromwich,Stafford Shire, England,and came to Charleroi in 1899 from Crystal City,Missouri. She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church,Charleroi. She is survived by two daughters,Miss Nellie Ray of Charleroi and Mrs. Joseph Thompson of Maple View,one son,George Ray of West Somerville, Massachusetts,six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there February 13,1946,at 2:30 p.m.,in charge of Rev. Joseph N. Witskofski. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family requests that flowers be omitted. Lawrence B. Frye is the funeral director.
