Harry Peyton Ray of 213 McKean avenue,Charleroi,died at his home,Friday,June 22,1945,at 6:15 p.m. He was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church,Charleroi and had been employed by Reick-McJunkin company for the past twenty-five years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clara Kruell Ray;one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Wehr,of Charleroi;his mother, Mrs. Margaret Ray of Charleroi;one brother, George Ray of Boston, Mass.;two sisters,Miss Nellie Ray of Charleroi and Mrs. Joseph Thompson of Charleroi and one granddaughter. Friends will be received at the Francis C. Slezak Funeral Home in Charleroi. Services will be held there Monday,June 25,1945,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev. O.E.Bennett of the First Christian Church,Monessen. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas.L. and Edwin Melenyzer are funeral directors.
