James A. Patterson, 79, a resident of Belle Vernon for 57 years,died Sunday morning February 10,1946, at 3:20 a. m. in the Passaic General hospital, Passaid, N.J. Preceded in death by his wife,Laura B.,last January 7,he is survived by three nieces,including Mrs.Charles Reynolds of Connellsville and Mrs. Ollie Powell of Perryopolis and Mrs.Harry Barneyback,of Canton,Md.;two nephews,Walter Bradley,of New York and Cecil Bradley,of Scottdale; a brother-in-law,Herbert Corwin,of Belle Vernon and a sister-in-law,Mrs. Oscar C.Rhodes,of Passaic. Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral home,where services will be held Wednesday,February 13 at 2:30 p.m.,with Rev.George L.Kress,of the Presbyterian Church officiating,assisted by Rev. Charles Burchell,of the Church of the Nazarene. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
