Mrs. James Patterson,aged 72 years, a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon,died Monay,January 7,1946,at 9:30 p.m.at her home,516 Fayette street,Belle Vernon. She was a charter member of Belle Vernon Chapter 196,Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving are her husband,James Patterson;a brother,Herbert A. Corwin,of Belle Vernon,and a sister,Mrs. Oscar Rhoades, of Passaic,N.J. Friends are being received at the home,where services will be held Thursday,January 10 at 2:30 with Rev. Frank James,of the Methodist Church,officiating,assisted by Rev. George Kress and Rev.Burchell. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L.Melenyzer and Edwin F.Melenyzer,funeral directors.
