Following a lingering illness,William H. Partington,died Wednesday,April 1,1942 at 2:45 a.m. at his home,735 Speer street, Belle Vernon. He was aged 63 years. He had been a resident of this area for the past 29 years. Surviving are his wife,Margaret E. Partington,two sons,Hilton and Ernest J.Partington and a nephew,Forest Brown, of Belle Vernon. Six brothers and a sister,all in England,also survive. Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral Home,626 Broad Avenue,Belle Vernon,until Friday afternoon,April 3,at 3:30 o'clock,when funeral services will be held,in charge of Rev. E.F. Shumaker,rector of St, Mary's Episocpal Church,Charleroi. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director in charge.
