Death on Sunday,October 30,1927 removed one of the most respected ladies of Belle Vernon when Jemima A. Perry passed away following a stroke. Although in poor health for some time,Miss Perry was about as usual Saturday,but at 10 o'clock that night suffered a stroke which resulted in her death at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Two brothers,Albert and Alfred of Belle Vernon survive along with the following sisters,Mrs. Lyman Clark of Monessen,Mrs.Lee Honsaker of Southern Pines,N.C.,and Mrs. Ruth Fahar,Fanny and Anna Perry at home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 from the family home at 303 Market street,Belle Vernon with interment in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
