Rev. Thomas Knight,53,a resident of Monessen for the past 15 years,died Saturday, March 11,1944 at 1:45 p.m. at his home, 405 Rostraver street. The deceased practiced as a spiritualist healer here. He was a member of the Ford Post of the American Legion. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Annie Washington Knight, of Monessen,a brother, Joseph and two sisters, Laura Knight and Mrs. Margaret Barnes of Baltimore,Md. Friends are being received at the Woodward Home for Funerals where services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. Sheffield Wilcox,pastor of the Wayman A.M.E. Church. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Dave H. Woodward,funeral director,in charge.
