Joseph Novak,age 52 years,died Friday, March 22,1940,at 4:.35 p.m. at the Charleroi-Monessen hospital. He had been ill for about one year. Previous to his illness,he was employed at the Pittsburgh Steel company. He is survived by one brother,John Novak,of Lynnwood,with whom he made his home. Funeral srvices will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock,from the Melenyzer Funeral home,Broad avenue, Belle Vernon. Burial will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
