Mrs. Lavina Meacci,84,died Wednesday, January 7,1948,at 7:25 a.m. at her home, 35 Sampson street, Belle Vernon. She is survived by five daughters,Mrs. Sylvia Bartolozzi, Mrs. Maggie Valdiserri,of Belle Vernon, Irene,at home, Mrs. Neva Evans of Belle Vernon, and Mrs. Evelyn Jenkins at home, and a son,Thomas at home. Four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive,with a brother,Emilio in Italy. Friends wll be received at the Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon until Saturday, January 10,when services will be held at 11 a.m. from the St. Sebastian Church with Rev. Father Eugene W. Harkins officiating. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R. Toner,funeral director.
