Leopold Michaux,age 70 years,of 232 East Schoonmaker avenue, Monessen,died at his home,Tuesday,February 12,1946,at 6:30 p.m. He had been a resident of Monessen for forty-three years,and was a member of the Franco-Belgium society of that place. He was a retired American Sheet and Tin Plate worker. He is survived by his wife Amelia Michaux,one daughter,Mrs. Domenick Dellamalva of Monessen,two sons, Robert R. at home and Raymond L. of Monessen,two brothers, Homer Michaux of Tampa,Florida and Amour of Charleroi;one sister, Mrs. Victor Deprez of Lynnwood and four grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Friday,February 15,1946,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev. R.F. Steininger,pastor of St Paul's Lutheran Church of Monessen. Chas. L. and Edwin Melenyzer are the funeral directors.
