Emile Massey;aged 49 years;died suddenly at 4 o’clock;Saturday morning;August 27;1927;at his home at 211 Seneca street;after an illness of only a few days.  Mr.Massey was in his usual good health until Sunday when he was taken ill and a physician diagnosed his case as pneumonia.  Later peritonitis developed with fatal results and he passed away Saturday morning.  He was an employee of the Pittsburgh Steel Co.and has a large number of friends.  Surviving are his wife;Mrs.Nettie Massey;his mother;four brothers;Armand;Victor;Gus and Jules and two sisters;Mrs.Louise Moreau and Mrs.Mille Lamotte;all of Monessen.  Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon;August 29;1927;at 2 o’clock from the home and interment will be made in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
