Mrs. Anne Hopton,aged 37 years, died Saturday night, May 20,1939 in the McKeesport hospital following an operation. Her home was at 143 Donner avenue. She had been in the employ of the Irwin works since the closing of the tin mill here. Surviving are her husband, Raymond Hopton, a daughter, Norma Jean, and a son, Harold. Her parents,Mr.and Mrs. Stephen Yadlosky,of Monessen,also survive,along with the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Pearl Shephard of Monessen,Eva,Olga and John,at home and Andrew of Juliet, Indiana. The body has been taken to the home of her parents,at 120 East Schoonmaker avenue where friends will be received until Tuesday afternoon,when services will be held at the Methodist Church at 2 o'clock. Rev. Edward L. Boetticher,pastor of the church,will officiate. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
