Following an illness of two weeks, Mrs. Lena Hammitt Goslyne, wife of Charles Goslyne, died Wednesday evening, November 30,1927,at her home in Henry street, Belle Vernon. Mrs. Goslyne who had a number of close friends in Charleroi was a member of the Monongahela Valley Chapter, D. A. R.. the Belle Vernon Order of Eastern Star and the Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. She is a cousin of Miss Edith Woodhall. principal of the Ninth street school of Charleroi. Funeral services will be held at her late home Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock with interment following in the Belle Vemon Cemetery.
