Mrs.Elise Franks;age 82 years;of Charleroi;died in Washington hospital;May 29;1945. She was born in Belgium in 1863. She came to Charleroi about 48 years ago from Irwin;Pa.;and was a member of the Woman’s Benefit Association of Belle Vernon. She is survived by two sons;Joseph Franks of Duquesne and Frank Franks of Charleroi;and three grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Lawrence B.Frye Funeral Home. Services will be held there Thursday May 31;1945;at 2 p.m. Dr.Frank S.Montgomery will have charge of services and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Lawrence B.Frye is the funeral director.
