Mrs. Hazel Echard,wife of Clarence Echard,Fairhope,died Friday, June 23,1950 at 9:40 p.m. in the St. Francis hospital,following a lingering illness. Surviving are her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Harry Manrikos and Ramona,June and Carol,at home,four sisters, Mrs. Franklin McCormick of Vanderbilt,Mrs. Walter Guth of Connellsville,Mrs. Chester Leasure of Carnegie and Mrs. Donald Rutler of Connellsville, three brothers, Frank Bloom of Connellsville,Wilbur Bloom of New Kensington and Arthur Bloom of Whitsett and one grandchild. Friends will be received at the late home,where funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 27 at 2 p.m.,with Rev. Fred Butchell,pastor of the Church of the Nazarene,Belle Vernon,officiating.
