Obituary

Mrs.Benjamin Costello,of Belle Vernon,aged 37,died in the Ohio Valley Hospital,Steubenville,Ohio,Monday,April 2,1934,at 7 p.m. she is survived by her husband and seven children,Benjamin,Jr.Edward,Elmer,Albert,Lois,Joseph,and an infant son,her mother,Mrs.Thomas Price of Belle Vernon,and three sisters,Mrs.Charles Conrad of Belle Vernon,Mrs.George Etheridge of Belle Vernon and Mrs.Mary Van Natta of Connellsville. Mrs.Costello,a talented musician,was born in Gibsonton. She was a life long member of the Presbyterian Church,teaching in the primary department for several years. She was graduated from California State Teachers College,and received a Bachelor's degree from Penn State College. She taught for several years in the Monessen Junior high school and North Belle Vernon grade school. She had resided in Weirton,W.V.,only three years,having made her home in Belle Vernon the early part of her life. Funeral services will be held from the home of her mother,Mrs.Thomas Price,303 Grant street,Belle Vernon,Thursday at 1 o'clock with interment in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rev.Howard T.Curtis,pastor of the Presbyterian Church will officiate.
