Milton Beatty, aged 80 years, a resident of Belle Vernon for 66 years, died Friday, February 18,1949 at 11:15 p. m., at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Forest Doyle, in SPeers. He was a member of the Belle Vernon Methodist Church. Surviving are the daughter, Mrs. Doyle and two sons, Carlyle Beatty, Charleroi, and Milton Beatty. Jr., Monessen, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home in Belle Vernon,where services will be held Tuesday,February 22,at 2 p.m.with Rev.C.Campbell,of the Methodist Church,and Rev.George Kress,of the Presbyterian Church,officiating.
