Mrs. Amelia Bauer,age 81 years of Fairhope,died at her home, Monday,December 18,1944,at 5:30 p.m.,after an illness of one week. She was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church,the Martha Sewing Circle,the Bethany Bible class and the Missionary society. She is survived by her husband,Frank H. Bauer,four sons, W.C. Bauer of Toronto,Ohio,E.R. of Clarksville,R.B. of Dawson and F.H.,Jr.of Youngstown,Ohio;four daughters,Mrs. Richard Wilson,at home,Mrs. George Haywood of Pittsburgh,Mrs. L.C. Dinsmore of Greenford,Ohio and Mrs. Fred Beazell,at home;twenty-five grandchildren and twenty-four greatgrandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home and services will be held there Thursday,December 21,1944,at 2:30 p.m. Rev. George Guest,pastor of the Marion Presbyterian Church,will have charge of services and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas.L.and Edwin Melenyzer are funeral directors.
