August Emile Borne;aged 60 years;died Wednesday night;December 16;1936;at 8:25 o’clock in his home in 406 Shady avenue. Mr. Borne was born in France;February 14;1876. He had resided in Charleroi for a number of years and conducted a grocery and confectionery store adjoining his home. He was a member of the La Mutuelle Society of Charleroi;and the Franco-Belgium Club of Monessen. Surviving are his wife;Mrs.Mary Ellen Borne;one brother; Marshal;and one sister;Mrs.Frank Dietz;borth of Charleroi. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the late home. Rev.Frank S.Montgomery;pastor of the Washington Avenue Presbyterian Church;will conduct the services. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
