Obituary

 William T. Baldwin,age 39,well known auto salesman in the upper Monongahela valley,died suddenly Thursday afternoon,January 29,1931,a victim of a sudden heart attack while attending the funeral of his aunt,Mra. Anna Katherine Houseman in Rostraver township.  Mr. Baldwin had been selected as a pallbearer at the funeral of his aunt and was at the house for the services on Thursday afternoon. When the services were ended and it came time to remove the body from the home he was missed and a search instituted with the finding of the body lying face downward in a corn crib. Mr. Baldwin had been stricken with a sudden heart attack and died before he could be removed to the house. As his dead body was being taken into the back door of the Houseman home the remains of his aunt were taken out the front door for interment in the Fells cemetery. Mr. Baldwin had seemingly enjoyed the best of health and was well known throughout the upper valley as an automobile salesman for the Roley Bros. Garage, in Belle Vernon. He was born near  Webster on July 1, 1891 but resided nearly all his life in Belle Vernon. Fifteen years ago he was married to Miss Ethel Campbell of Belle Vernon. The deceased was the son of Z. Taylor and Martha Baldwin. Besides his wife the following brothers and sisters survive: Enos and Grover of Belle Vernon, Irwin of Aliquippa, Mrs. Blanche France of Mance, Pa., Mrs. Maude Finley and Mrs. Edith Kyle of Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held  Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from his late home, 420 Broad avenue, Belle Vernon, with interment in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
