Mrs.Flora Bates Albert,406 Fallowfield Avenue,Charleroi,died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital,Sunday,August 28,1949,at 3:10 a.m. She was the wife of Alfred Albert. She was born in Maryland and came to Charleroi in 1931,from Monessen. Surviving besides her husband are three daughters,Mrs.Nellie Spiegleberg,of Monessen,Mrs.Zee Briggs,of Pittsburgh,and Mrs.Alberta Murray,of Charleroi. Five grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Friends will be received in the Lawrence B.Frye Funeral Home until Wednesday,August 31,1949,at 2 p.m.,when funeral services will be held in charge of Rev.Robert Laing,pastor of the Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Lawrence B.Frye is the funeral director.
