Tuesday;March 28;1972; at 8:10 a.m. in
Charleroi-Monessen Hospital.
He was admitted on Monday.
He retired 26 years ago from the former Pittsburgh Steel’s Monessen Plant.
Born in England; he was a
Valley resident most of his life
and formerly resided in
Monessen.
He was a member of the First
Baptist Church; Monessen; and
the Fisherman’s Class of its
Sunday School. He also was a
member of the American Gladiolus
Society.
Surviving are his widow; Isabella
Vale Wilderspin; nephew
and foster son; James V.
Wilson of Monessen; nephews;
Jack Wilson and Lee Wilson;
both of Monessen; niece; Mrs.
Lillian Brown of Keokuk; Iowa.
Friends will be received from
2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. at the
Rhome Funeral Home; Monessen;where a service will be held in the chapel Friday;March 31;1972;at 10 a.m.with the Rev.Edward H.Pollock Jr.pastor of the First Baptist Church;Monessen;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rhome funeral directors in charge of arrangements.
