Obituary

Mrs. Kytryn Voloko,67,who had made her home with her daughter,Mrs. John (Virginia) Rusyniak in Detroit, Mich., for the past 15 years, died Wednesday,April 28,1965, at 8:45 p.m. in her sleep at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John (Anne) Say, 1150 Lincoln Ave.,Charleroi where she was visiting. A former resident of Monessen,she had been ill for a brief time. Mrs. Voloko was born in Austria, Nov. 15, 1897 and was a member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church,Charleroi. Preceded in death by her husband,Michael in 1945,she is survived by a son, Michael of Detroit, four daughters, Mrs. Say and Mrs. Stanley (Olga) Sowinski of Charleroi,Mrs. Rusyniak and Mrs Joseph (Helen) Perez of Detroit, 7 grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Michael A.Melinchak Funeral Home,Charleroi,from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Parasas services will be held Friday,April 30,at 7:30 p.m.in the funeral home. Brief Prayer service will be held from the funeral home on Saturday,May 1,at 9:30 a.m.,with additional services at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church,Charleroi,at 10 a.m. The Rev.Vasalmir Soroka will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Michael A.Melinchak,funeral director.
