Born in Eldersville on Nov.26;1920;she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Amalie Snyderwright Schimmel. A sister;Elsie Chaveriat;preceded her in death. Surviving are her husband;Theodore Turek;one son;Paul Turek of Akron;Ohio;one daughter;Mrs.Roy (Doris) Horrell of Belle Vernon;one brother;Ernest Schimmel of Charleroi;six sisters;Mrs.Helen Turek of Fairless Hills;Mrs.Margaret Lycett of Elco;Mrs.Hilda Gillie and Mrs.Hattie Weber;both of Clairton;Mrs.Cecelia Paul of Sebastopol;Calif.and Mrs.Doris Wors of Victoria;Texas;and five grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;where services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev.Bruce E.Smith of Fayette City Christian Church officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director in charge.
