Ernest Trozzo sr.,69,of 1 James St., Belle Vernon,died Sunday Oct. 24,1971 at 1:30 p.m. in Allegheny General Hospital,Pittsburgh. Mr. Trozzo was born in Belle Vernon on Nov. 8,1901 and was a member of St. Sebastian R.C.Church. Hhe retired in 1966 from his employment with Corning Glass Corp. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Louise Trozzo;two sons, Ernest Jr. and John M.;one daughter, Mrs. James (Lou Ann) Lori;two brothers, Albert and Geroge,all of Belle Vernon and 11 grandchildren. Friends will be received Monday after 7 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. at the Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. A Blessing service will be held at the funeral home Wednesday,Oct. 27,1971 at 9:30 a.m.,followed by Requiem High Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,with Msgr. Martin J. O'Toole as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Friends may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Shelby D. Ferguson,funeral director in charge.
