Obituary

John B. Trozzo,72,died suddenly at home, 302 Fell St., Belle Vernon, Monday, Sept. 14,1959 at 11:45 a.m.  Born in Italy April 27,1887,he came to Belle Vernon 63 years ago.  He was a member of the Sons of Italy,Odd Fellows Lodge and Italian Beneficial Society,all of Belle Vernon.  He worked as an oiler at the Allenpot plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. until his retirement in 1953. Surviving are his wife, Rose,three daughters, Mrs. Wilbur (Marie) Wallace and Mrs. William (Delma) Stofan,both of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Gilda Tomayko of Pittsburgh;four brothers,Ernest, Albert and George,all of Belle Vernon and Frank of Charleroi; a sister, Mrs. Louis Muniz of Bentleyville R.D.;seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Friends are being received at the Ferguson Funeral Home,Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.  Funeral services will be held Thursday,Sept. 17,at 10 a.m. from St. Sebastian R.C.Church,with the Rev. Andrew King officiating at Requiem Mass.  Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Shelby Ferguson,funeral director.
