Charles St.; Fairhope; died on
Sunday at 5:30 p.m. in Brownsville
General Hospital.
He was born in Yugoslavia
on June 29;1883. He was a member
of Holy Spirit R. C. Church
in Fayette City; Fairhope Rod
and Gun Club; Naomi A. C.
Club and was a retired coal
miner.
Surviving are one daughter;
Frances Vernaccini; at home;
one son; Peter Sopsic Jr. of
Belle Vernon; two stepdaughters;
Mrs. Kathryn Misher and
Mrs. Mary Jarsulic; both of
Fayette City; one stepson
George Kowasic of Fayette
City; R. D. 1; 17 grandchildren
and 29 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at
the Howard W. McCrory Funeral
Home; Fayette City; after 7 p.m.Monday. Prayer services will be held there Wednesday at 8:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of the Resurrection at 9 a.m.in Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City;with the Rev.Stephen Drab as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rosary will be recited Tuesday at 8 p.m.at the funeral home. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director in charge.
