Anthony (Tony) Santoro;1144 Alexander Ave.;Monessen died Sunday;Oct.13;1968;in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. He had been in the hospital for several weeks. Mr.Santoro was a member of St.Cajetan Church in Monessen;a member of the Italian Society Mutual Aid;Fraternal Order of Police and the NIPA. He was a Monessen resident since 1914. He was formerly employed at the Carneige-Illinois Steel of Monessen;he retired from the Monessen Police Force in 1958. He instructed bricklaying in the Mon Valley Trade School in Belle Vernon. Survivors include his widow;Ann (Cirinconi) Santoro;two sons;Fred of Belle Vernon and Sam of Charleroi;two daughters;Mrs.Michael (Carmella) Bamburak and Mrs.Leonard (Mary) Kalveyich;both of Clairton;ten grandchildren;three sisters;Mrs.Joseph (Mary) Setting of Calif.;Mrs.John (Assunta) Fundy of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Cosimo (Divina) Antonucci of Coal Center;R.D.;one brother;Frank of Italy. Friends are being received at the Raymond D.Dalfonso Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Oct.14;1968. Blessing services will be held on Wednesday;Oct.16 at 9:30 a.m.followed by s Solemn Requiem High Mass in St.Cajetan R.C.Church with the Rev.John P.Cassiliggi;pastor;officiating.
