A veteran of World War II;he was a member of the Star Junction Fish and Gun Club and was employed at the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. Mr.Stephen was born in Belle Vernon on June 7;1917. Surviving are his widow;Gladys Wilson Stephen;a son;Nick Lee of Baltimore;Md.;a daughter;Linda Lee at home;a sister;Mrs.Mary Russell of Fayette City;one niece;Mrs.Catherine Gira of Baltimore.
