Mrs. Mildred Scott,50,of 1112 Second St.,Monessen,died Wednesday,March 2,1960 at 4:20 p.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mrs. Scott was a member of the Union Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, the Rev. Edward Scott;two daughters,Mrs. Clara M. Bolden, of Monessen and Mrs. Barbara Jean Gardner of New York City; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Moody and Mrs. Thelma Robinson of New York;two brothers,John Cozzens and Robert Cozzens of Chicago, Ill. and a grandchild. Friends will be received at the DuBoise Carter Funeral Home,Monessen, after 1 p.m. on March 4. Funeral home visiting hours are from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday,March 5,at 11 a.m. from the Union Baptist Church,Monessen,with the Rev. E.W. Jarrett officiating.
