James Arthur Schroyer of 104 Market Street;Fayette City;died suddenly August 3;1958 at 5:45 p.m. He was born July 22;1907;in Merritestown;Pa.;the son ot Martin and Carrie Bobbs Schroyer. He was employed by the P.& L.E.Railroad as an engineer;and was a member of the Fayette City Volunteer Fire Department and the Fayette City F.O.E.;1450. He is survived by his wife;Veletha Schroyer;two sons;James and Donald of Charleroi;three daughters;Marlene;Lana and Joyce at home;three sisters;Mrs.John (Gladys) Phillips;Fairless Hills;Mrs.Edward (Dolores) McGee of Newell and Mrs.Mildred Lutzs of Houston;Pa.and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the McCrory Funeral Home. Services will be held there August 6;1958;at 2:30 pm. and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
