Theresa Parente;71;of 306 Speer St.;Belle Vernon;died Tuesday;June 10;1975;at 9:30 a.m.in the Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. She was born March 21;1904;in Monessen. Mrs.Parente had resided in Belle Vernon since January of 1973. She had formerly resided in Monessen. She was a member of St.Sebastian Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;and the Mutual Aid Society and Christian Mothers;both of Monessen. Mrs.Parente was preceded in death by her husband;Anthony on May 2;1967 and a son;Albert S.on Jan.31;1970. Surviving are one son;Richard A.Parente of Belle Vernon;one sister;Mrs.James (Edith) Laratta of Belle Vernon;and two grandchildren. Friends will be received from 7 until 9 p.m.on Wednesday;June 11;1975;and from 2 until 4 p.m. and 7 until 9 p.m.on Thursday;June 12;1975;in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where a Blessing service will be held at 9:30 a.m.on Friday;June 13;1975;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.at St.Sebastian Catholic Church of Belle Vernon.
