Born Dec.23;1906;in Dunlevy;he was a son of the late Christopher and Mary Lazzari Paterline. Mr.Paterline was a retired shipper at the Charleroi Plant of Corning Glass Works. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Mr.Paterline was a member of the Italia Unita Club of Charleroi. Surviving are his widow;Mary Syes Paterline;two sons;Edward J.Jr.of Mascoutah;Ill.;and Lloyd W.of Polk;Pa.;one daughter;Mrs.Ronald E.(Ethyl) Fallet of Monessen;one sister;Mrs.Laverne Mahan of Dunlevy;six grandchildren;and one great-grandchild. Friends are being received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday at the Harold L.Schrock Funeral Home;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.W.S.VanArsdale;pastor of First Christian Church of Charleroi;officiating.
