Catherine Philp;66;of 216 Cook St.;Belle Vernon;died at 5:20 a.m.Thursday;Sept.2;1971;in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Brazzon Wozniak. She was preceded in death by her husband;Peter B.;who died May 14;1966. Surviving are two brothers;Alex of Lynnwood and John of Arnold City;two sisters;Mrs.Mary Halgus of Belle Vernon and Mrs.John (Julia) Dobosh of Waynesburg;Pa. Friends are being received after 7 p.m.Thursday in the Shelby Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;where Prayer services will be held at 9:30 a.m.Saturday followed by a Requiem High Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian R.C.Church with Magr.Martin J.O’Toole officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
