Mrs.Mary Pidanic;85;of 619 Bluff St.;Belle Vernon;died suddenly;Tuesday;July 15;1969 at 12:40 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. She was a member of St.John the Divine R.O.Church;Monessen Surviving are five daughters;Mrs.Mary Spenik of Adah;Mrs.Anna Rosko of Duquesne;Mrs; Margaret Overcashier of Canonsburg;Mrs.Joseph (Rose) Szuch of Duquesne;Mrs.Andrew (Helen) Filak of Belle Vernon;a son;Peter Makar of Monngahela;25 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. A son;Michael Pidanic;was killed in action on the USS Frankiln in March;1945. Friends wiil be recieved after 7 p.m. July 16 at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. July 17. Service in St.John the Divine R.O.Church;Monessen;at 9 a.m. Friday;July 18 with the Very Rev.John Govrusik;pastor;officiating. Internment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is funeral director.
